Essbolt is specially designed for accurate drilling of holes for assembly of PE-insulation in tunnels.
It fulfills the high requirements for accuracy and reliability. Equipment is mounted on a self propelled carrier and is diesel driven.
Essbolt is equipped with a steering axle, a driving axle, support legs and a telescopic drilling boom. Its cabin can be lifted to get the operator near the working area and at the same time give him a safe working environment.
Drilling boom is mounted on a sliding table which gives the possibility to drill several hole sets from one set up of the carrier. The telescopic drilling boom can be turned, lifted, tilted and extended.
