For Sales Support team (Service) to Normet UK Ltd. office (Coventry) we are looking for
We are now looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join our Central Europe Service team in UK as part of Normet Services. You will be responsible of smooth running of our customer service operations. You are a primary point of contact for our mining and tunneling customers with their equipment service needs and spare part requirements. You manage spare part quotations & orders, as well as you plan and coordinate service engineers’ fieldwork in order to ensure our customer’s service requirements are met, documented and invoiced according to Normet processes.
To be successful in this job you need to be customer-oriented. General experience / knowledge of underground mining and tunneling machinery (or similar) is needed. Good knowledge of Normet products is an advantage. You are to be able to work with IT tools, such as product data management system (Sovelia), Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP) and MS Office also AutoCad, CRM and Adobe Design Standard are seen as beneficial. You are also fluent with today’s communication systems and practices.
We expect you to have bachelor level education, preferably technical or commercial, and 2-5 years minimum work experience of mining industry (or similar). Company language is English (written and spoken). Additional languages are beneficial.
