Spraymec Alpha 1430 PC is a diesel hydraulic mobile concrete sprayer mounted on truck designed for tunnel profiles up to 14 m in height and 24 meters in width.
The new NSP 30 concrete pump has a theoretical maximum pumping capacity of 30 m³/h. Alpha 1430 PC’s accelerator dosing system uses a peristaltic pump and has a IBC tank with a total volume of 1000 liters.
Alpha 1430 PC is equipped with wired remote control system for controlling boom and nozzle movements and rotation as well as accelerator dosing and concrete pump.
To make manoeuvring easy in tough terrains Alpha 1430 PC has four wheel drive. The truck has a 258 HP Liquid cooled turbo charged diesel engine meeting Euro IV regulations.
