TamCem iBond is an aqueous, solvent-free, chloride-free internal curing agent designed for wet-mix sprayed concrete to improve the bond between the sprayed concrete layers and/or to the substrate, and to reduce rapid evaporation of water from the sprayed concrete, typically in permanent sprayed concrete tunnel linings exposed to high levels of ventilation draught, or low relative humidity.
TamCem HCA is a liquid additive for all fresh concrete and grout mixes where extended “open-time” becomes a crucial requirement for the construction process time frame. The product is designed to efficiently control cement hydration to allow for extended waiting times or delays on site, or readymix concrete transportation times. TamCem HCA eliminates the amount of rejected concrete due to loss of workability and helps contractors to stay within or even reduce the initially calculated material budget.
TamCem HCA Plus is a consistence controlling admixture for sprayed concrete meeting the requirements layout in EN 934-5. Unlike other consistence controlling admixtures, TamCem HCA Plus contains Normet’s unique dormant strength enhancing technology to give early age strength boosts to sprayed concrete when accelerated using an alkali-free set accelerator, such as TamShot 100AF.
TamCem Micro Silica is composed of silicon dioxide (SiO2), collected from silicon metal and ferrosilicon. TamCem Micro Silica will react with the Calcium Hydroxide from the cement, which will form more of the Calcium Silicate hydrate, increasing the strength of the concrete. Using Tamcem Micro Silica will also increase the durability of the concrete.
TamCem NanoSilica is a pozzolanic alternative to traditional cementitious replacements for durable concrete that provides sulphate resistance equivalent to typical microsilica (silica fume) at a much reduced dose. TamCemNanoSilica is used in wet mix sprayed concrete processes for tunnelling and mining applications.
