TamPur

TamPur 100 is a single-shot hydrophobic polyurethane based on MDI in combination with polyether polyols and an amine based catalyst. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with water, producing a rigid polyurethane foam.

TamPur 116T is a two-component, silicate modified, solvent-free, semi- flexible polyurethane injection resin. It is specifically designed for rapid stabilisation of coal, concrete and soft ground geologies, providing structural integrity, strength and flexibility. Its superior performance allows TamPur 116T to be used as a Chemical “Rock Bolt Resin” and on-site tests have demonstrated pull-out strengths in excess of 31 tonnes.

TamPur 125 is based on a polyol component (part A) and a polymeric MDI (part B). When mixed, a hydrophobic polyurethane foam is formed which is tough, rigid and resistant to a wide range of chemicals. TamPur 125 reacts rapidly enabling the product to cut off large water leaks.

TamPur 130 / TamKat 130 is a single-shot hydrophobic polyurethane based on MDI in combination with polyether polyols and an amine based catalyst. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with water, producing a semi-flexible polyurethane foam.

TamPur 150 is a single component hydrophilic polyurethane in combination with polyether polyols. It only reacts when it comes in contact with water and forms a flexible polyurethane seal.

TamPur 170 is based on a prepolymer of polyurethane (Part A) and a polyol and castor oil component (Part B). The product has been formulated to reduce foaming during the reaction with the polyurethane prepolymer, giving a hydrophobic injection resin. The non-toxic plasticizer is used so the cured resin is eco-friendly.

TamPur RBG (Rock Bolt Grout) is an injectable, two-component, silicate modified, solvent-free, polyurethane grout. RBG has been formulated for securing and sealing rock bolts in mining and tunnelling applications. It is designed to instantly thicken after injection retaining a thixotropic nature within the rock bolt hole to avoid reflux and allow sufficient time for installing solid rock bolts. It is especially effective in vertical bolting applications, and can also be injected through SDA’s (Self-Drilling Anchors).
