Field service

When problems occur on site, time is critical. Depending on the location, either Aliva or our local dealer technicians travel directly to your jobsite, diagnose the issue, and recommend the right spare parts or adjustments. We cover the Central and Eastern Europe region with our own team and provide global support through Normet’s international service network and our worldwide dealers.

Maintenance & repairs

Every machine needs care to stay reliable. The Aliva and dealer network team provides maintenance and repair for customer-owned units as well as equipment returning from rental. Our service goes beyond fixing isolated issues. We carry out full machine audits, giving you clear cost estimates and a complete view of the machine’s condition. Maintenance and troubleshooting support are available worldwide through our combined Aliva and dealer network, ensuring that even complex problems can be resolved quickly.

Rental solutions

Not every project requires permanent ownership of equipment. That’s why our Aliva team, together with selected dealers, offers flexible rental models for both dry and wet spraying machines, along with the necessary accessories. Rental terms can be short or long, depending on the job. In Switzerland, rentals are provided directly by Aliva, while internationally they are managed through trusted dealer partners in selected markets. For long-term cooperation, equipment ownership can remain flexible: rent, buy, or shift from rental to ownership under agreed conditions.

Our machines are built for the full range of concrete spraying applications. The portfolio in Switzerland includes dry and wet spraying machines, concrete pumps, mobile spraying units, and a complete line of accessories from hoses to nozzles. Whether you need a new machine or specific add-ons, we supply equipment that are tested and ready to perform.

Aliva used machines

Aliva’s second-hand program extends the lifecycle of machines and makes high-quality equipment available at lower cost. We source units from our rental fleet and customer buy-backs, test and service them, and release them back into use. Customers can also benefit from our “Replace & Recycle” option: older machines that are no longer economical to repair can be traded in toward a new unit. Every second-hand machine is inspected and documented before resale.

Training

The quality of sprayed concrete depends not only on the machine but also on the operator. Aliva provides training programs to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality spraying.

Nozzleman Training

combines theory with simulator practice over three to five days. Participants are certified upon completion and gain skills that reduce rebound, save material, and improve application quality. Training can take place on site or at our headquarters in Switzerland.

Operation & Safety Training

is available at commissioning or as a separate course, ensuring machines are used correctly from the start.

Troubleshooting Training

is tailored to common issues, such as adjusting air pressure or identifying wear, giving operators confidence to resolve minor problems without delay.

Genuine Spare Parts

Aliva machines are supported by a strong spare parts program. Genuine Aliva parts are stocked in Europe through Normet and can be ordered directly via orders.aliva@normet.com or through our dealer network. We also run a recycling program for wear plates, allowing customers to return used parts for reconditioning and reuse. This approach reduces costs and supports more sustainable operations.
