Charmec MF 605 D(V)

Charmec MF 605 D(V) is a proven, purpose-built underground emulsion charger, designed for superiorly safe and efficient face and production charging in underground mines and tunnels with a maximum face height of 8.5 meters. Enabling electro-hydraulic charging without diesel fumes, the machine is equipped with a FOPS/ROPS cabin and available with a low-emission Stage V powertrain architecture. It features dedicated storage solutions for stick powder boxes, primers and detonators, eliminating the need for an additional explosive service vehicle. The MF 605 D(V) is available both with the Normet ECM emulsion charging module and as a carrier for an external emulsion kit.

Charmec MF 605 D(V) is available in three different boom and load end configurations: a compact version with a standard boom and short rear end, offering space for 1.5 ton Normet bulk emulsion kit; a version with a standard boom and extended rear end, providing a maximized capacity of up to 4 tons of Normet bulk emulsion kit; and a version equipped with the XS boom and a custom rear end design. The XS boom features a slew ring design that enables a shorter transport position and allows the boom to be parked on the extended rear tray during driving. The compact transport position improves protection of the boom structure and reduces strain and stress on the basket boom.
