Alpha 30
Overview
Alpha 30 is a robust concrete sprayer, designed for either diesel-hydraulic or both diesel and electro-hydraulic operation and optimized for tunnel profiles of up to 7 meters in height and 9 meters in width. The Alpha 30 offering is characterized by high reliability, durability, low maintenance costs and easy serviceability. Available with an on-board screw type air compressor and featuring the unmatched, low-pulsation NSP 30 concrete pump with a theoretical maximum pumping capacity of 30 m3/h, the machine has an accurate accelerator dosing system with a peristaltic pump and two stainless steel tanks with a total volume of 420 liters. The Alpha 30 can be fitted with a remote control system for controlling both boom and nozzle movements along with accelerator dosing and the concrete pump. Equipped with four wheel steering and 4WD for effortless operation in challenging underground conditions, the machine is powered by an efficient 120 kW Tier 3 engine and comes with a FOPS/ROPS safety cabin.
